Sellinam 2.0 now available in the AppStore

You can download version 2 into your iPhone now. If you have iOS 4 running on your device, you can SMS others in Tamil.

The keyboard layout follows our Anjal input method — with exactly the same key-mapping as the desktop version.

    great app for iphone. exspecially for tamil lovers. is the text in tamil only visible from iphone to iphone only? i tried to sms to other phone models, they only get funny charecters, rather than the tamil text on their phone…can sellinan team explain it to me? is there tamil keyboard in iphone? when it will be available?

    Thank you, Raj. You can send Tamil SMS to other phones, but the receiving phone must support Tamil. Some of the low end Nokia phones (like the 6030 and similar models) do support.

    Dear bro I have a blackberry bold 9700. Can i down load tamil fond for sms from my handphone and how much it will cost me. I also wanted to know is there a software toconvert tamil word to romanise version Thank you
